By accessing and using the services of VIPMAKKI ("the Company"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Concierge Services

VIPMAKKI acts as a luxury concierge intermediary, connecting clients with premium venues, services, and experiences. We do not own, operate, or control any venue or service provider and cannot guarantee availability of any particular venue or experience.

All reservations and bookings are subject to availability and the individual terms and conditions of each venue or service provider.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information when making requests
• Honor all reservations made on your behalf or provide timely cancellation notice
• Comply with the dress codes and conduct requirements of venues
• Be 21+ years of age for nightlife services involving alcohol

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by service and venue. In general:

• Restaurant reservations: 24-hour advance cancellation recommended
• VIP table bookings: 48-hour advance notice required; minimum spend may be forfeited on late cancellation
• Yacht & aviation: terms specified per booking

5. Limitation of Liability

VIPMAKKI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the services of any third-party provider we connect you with. Our maximum liability is limited to the concierge service fee paid, if any.
